All prices are per apartment for a 7 night stay or
longer. Additional beds for children less than 12 years
of age (*) these can be accommodated in
Girasole, Il Forno and
Il Frantoio.
• Check in is after 5 pm /
check out is 10 am (some flexibility may be possible).
• Please call us for any
specific requirements you might have such as number of
nights, number of beds,
cots etc and we will make
sure that you will have the right accommodation for your
holiday.
• In each apartment we provide
you with a welcome pack of tea, coffee, bread, milk,
bottled water and
a bottle of Tuscan wine to
get you started and to welcome you to Casa Dei Gelsi.
Please note -
prices are subject to the local accommodation tax:
From the
1st May 2012 the Town of Figline Valdarno has imposed an
accommodations tax, through the resolution of the Town
Board n. 65 on the 29th March 2012. The tax is intended to
finance strategies to support the tourism. The tax for our
property is
€1.50
per person, per night, to a maximum of 7 following nights
and must be paid by the clients at the departure. The
visitors will receive a receipt of the payment. The amount
of the tax is reduced of the 50% in low season periods
(January, February, March, April, September, October,
November and December).
